The practical details for U.S. fulfillment, tracking, delivery signatures, storage, and limited exceptions.
Orders ship from the United States. Confirmed orders usually ship within 24 hours, and always within 1-2 business days. Tracking is emailed when the order leaves. Shipping is quoted by ZIP code and service at checkout, before you pay.
Orders with a product value of $1,000.00 or more require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Lyophilized compounds are held in cold storage until they ship and are stable at ambient temperature in transit. Storage notes are listed per product; protect received material from heat, light, and moisture.
Shipping rates are calculated by ZIP code at checkout. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final except for the limited exceptions below.
All sales are final once shipped. If an item arrives wrong, visibly damaged, or demonstrably defective, email info@bananapeps.com within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue credit after reviewing the record.
Tracking is provided when the order leaves. If a package appears lost or the tracking does not update, contact info@bananapeps.com with the order and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed with the carrier.
